Do you use solid wood or particle board?
Our cabinet boxes are constructed using 3/4" plywood. The face frames and the stained five piece doors are solid wood. The painted one piece doors are cut from high density fiberboard.
Do you use soft close doors and drawers?
Our standard cabinets do not utilize soft close systems but we can adapt them to accept soft closing drawer slides and/or soft closing door hinges.
Do you use full extension drawer slides?
Our standard slides leave about two inches of the drawer box still inside the cabinet but we can install full extension slides if they are requested.
What kind of hinges do you use?
We use concealed hinges with 1/2" overlay, meaning the door overlaps the frame by 1/2" when closed. Our hinges are manufactured by Blum.
How are your drawer boxes built?
Our standard drawer box is built using butt joints with dovetail joints as an optional upgrade.
